It is likely that the medicine may not be real as if the medicine is proved to be able to help us, we should have known about this issue,and not it being passed on the internet. The medicine is not easy to make,thus it cannot be only in the email and not announced.John could open the file attachment to see what is inside it, but i feel the idea of him buying the medicine is not good.BYEBYE!
